Job Description

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in all strategic financial analysis, planning, forecasting, business performance reviews, and financial decision-making. This role will lead and coordinate a team of 4 people on FP&A activities for Italy and other SEE countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate financial planning and analysis activities across the group.
  • Prepare monthly closing processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy of reported data, and submit data to EMEA for Italy results and coordinate monthly closing of all SEE countries.
  • Develop and implement internal reporting towards branches and subsidiaries.
  • Plan and conduct monthly forecasting activities, including income statement, balance sheet, supplemental accounts, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, create presentations, and conduct deep-dive analysis on specific topics.
  • Support the development and implementation of the corporate business and financial strategy, working closely with SEE leadership and EMEA FP&A community.
  • Identify potential savings and opportunities to ensure delivery of targets.

Requirements

  • 10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Familiarity with working in a matrix organization.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and familiarity with main IT tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Hyperion system is a plus.
