About the Job

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Account Development Manager. In this role, you'll develop and execute joint business plans with key customers in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with shared global objectives and leveraging local resources to drive growth.

Main Accountabilities

  • Leadership of cross-functional teams to drive performance and portfolio management.
  • Development of joint business plans and strategies to drive long-term profitable sales and category growth.
  • Collaboration with GKA Category and Customer Marketing functions to identify barriers and opportunities for category growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with key accounts.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Trade/customer marketing or category management experience is beneficial.
