This individual will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy, managing financial analysis and performance, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Performance Management: Develop a financial framework to generate value, translating operational and financial metrics into insights to support critical business decisions. Oversee the planning and budgeting process, ensuring comparison of actual performance against budgeted targets.
- Financial Reporting & Control: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, ensuring integrity and control over financial operations. Partner with the Internal Audit team to identify risks and implement best practices.
- Risk Management & Internal Audit: Ensure effective management of risk, partnering with the Internal Audit team to identify risks and implement best practices. Approve regional agreements concerning financial obligations, such as commercial contracts, IT assets, and services.
- Corporate Finance: Lead regional M&A activities, including target asset identification, due diligence, negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, and post-merger integration.
