Waddi Srl, a leading company in personnel research and selection, is seeking a highly skilled Investor Relator & Press Officer to join our team in Genova or Milano. This is a full-time position with 12 days of smart working per month.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's external communication, working closely with the management team to maintain positive relationships with investors, media, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Writing and distributing press releases, press notes, and interviews to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Organizing the company's participation in conferences and meetings with investors to foster existing and potential relationships.
- Ensuring the dissemination of regulated information through the Italian Stock Exchange platform and the company's website, collaborating with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Interfacing with the Euronext Growth Advisor and other consultants to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Monitoring and updating the "Insider Registry" to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Economics, Finance, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, either directly or through an agency.
- Familiarity with financial communication platforms and stock exchange regulations.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Excellent English language skills.
