SAS - Global is looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our Strategic Large Accounts and Customer Intelligence Consulting team in Milan. Salary Range: €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer life cycle. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will serve as a liaison between customers, staff, Group Managers, and applicable departments at SAS.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and invoicing, as well as monitor and manage subcontractor expenses.
  • Identify and document performance issues and skills deficiencies of project team members and escalate them to management.
  • Assist in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), utilizing the RFP Repository and coordinating consulting resources.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills with a demonstrated history of making good decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with people in public forums to deliver presentations, workshops, webinars, videos, and other relevant content.
  • Possess results-oriented business acumen, strategic planning, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
  • Project management experience in a software development organization.
  • Fluent in Italian, English, and Romanian is required.
