International Accounting Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled International Accounting Specialist to join our Global Business Service Team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various accounting activities, including month-end closing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, and inventory
  • Be the primary point of contact for communication with subsidiaries
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage balance sheet accounts reconciliation and posting
  • Process vendor invoices and customer payments
  • Assist in preparing audit work for year-end with external auditors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Economics, Finance, Administration, or Business Management Master's Degree
  • Intermediate English level; proficiency in other EMEA languages is a plus
  • At least 6 months of experience in Accounting or Auditing
  • Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
