Job Title: Head Coach - Nike Retail

About the Role:

Nike Retail is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team. As a Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer service excellence
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
