**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our Group Planning & Control team based in Milan, Italy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for determining long and short-term financial goals, outlining the company's financial direction and expectations, and predicting financial outcomes. You will report directly to a Global Planning and Control Manager and work closely with various functions to achieve financial targets and implement action plans.

**Responsibilities**

  • Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Manage 3-year plans and monthly forecasts at P&L and Balance Sheet levels in line with guidelines.
    • Evaluate and implement strategies to ensure achievement of financial targets.
  • Finance Business Partnering
    • Liaise with Functions to monitor month-end closing, forecasts, and 3-year plan processes.
    • Assist Functions with Reporting and KPIs to support the achievement of financial targets.
    • Partner with the business on all elements of financial performance and strategy, providing accounting guidance on new business models and decisions.

**Requirements**

  • Education and Experience
    • University degree (with preference to Economics).
    • At least 1+ year of experience in Finance Planning & Control function.

    • Fluent English.
    • Agility (to learn and adjust).
