Job Title: KAM Coordinator SYST

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a KAM Coordinator SYST. This role will be responsible for leading the Key Account Management 360° initiative of the Systems Division, collaborating with the Sales department to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the KAM 360° process and list of global Key Accounts
  • Guide and support Key Account Managers in their role, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Develop and implement a medium- to long-term strategy for Key Accounts, setting yearly objectives and tracking progress
  • Prepare and distribute procedures and templates, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Ensure quarterly reports are prepared and distributed, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for each Key Account
  • Supervise customer satisfaction surveys and Voice of Customer (VoC) processes with Key Accounts, driving initiatives to maintain and grow satisfaction levels
  • Lead the SYST Key Account Managers community through regular 1:1 and team meetings, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Align with the Service division through regular exchange with the SERV Global Key Account Manager, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Create visibility of KAM 360° throughout the company, encouraging contribution from other departments to defined Key Account strategies
  • Propose updates to the Key Accounts list to the VP Sales, providing rationale and recommended Key Account Manager and Executive Sponsor names
  • Extend the existing global KAM 360° initiative with a new concept for regional Key Accounts
  • Act as a Key Account Manager for one or several Key Accounts, demonstrating expertise and leadership
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical field
  • 10+ years of experience as a Sales Manager for similar products and/or applications
  • Direct Sales Management of large accounts
  • Functional team management experience
