Job Description
We are seeking a System Engineer to join our Smart Engineering team in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting stakeholder identification and project/mission objective definition
- Gathering requirements from stakeholder needs in accordance with project/mission objectives
- Coordinating, writing, and maintaining requirements documentation
- Evaluating and tracking changes to requirements documentation
- Supporting definition of subsystems and system architecture
- Supporting requirements verification and integration/validation activities
- Writing Technical Reports and Review Reports
- Supporting definition, elaboration, evolution, and maintenance of project KPIs
- Supporting provision and maintenance of requirements verification matrix, traceability matrix, and verification control documents
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- BSc/MSc Degree in Aerospace, Informatic, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering
- Experience in Requirements Engineering and Requirements Management
- Experience in verification and validation of Aerospace or Defense systems
- Experience in development of Aerospace or Defense systems
- Fluent English both spoken and written
Nice to Have Skills
The following skills are desirable:
- Knowledge of Requirements Management tools (e.g. DOORS, Polarion)
- Knowledge of V-model for product development
- Knowledge of System Architecture Management tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody)
