Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join our executive team. As a key contributor to our growth, you will be responsible for advising and guiding our CEO on financial matters, controlling all financial aspects of the company, and developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize our fiscal position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presenting and reporting accurate financial information to the board and stakeholders
  • Leading the annual budget process and overseeing administrative functions across the HQ and branches
  • Developing and monitoring internal control systems to ensure accurate financial results
  • Interpreting controlling data and providing strategic advice to the CEO and management team
  • Participating in developing new business plans and working with senior persons to ensure financial and operational success
  • Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize our fiscal position
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience as Head of Finance in a manufacturing SME with all disciplines (Sales, R&D, Production)
  • Background of solid admin and financial processes
  • Experience as a business partner for the CEO and management team, giving advice and guidance on the long strategic vision of the company
  • Experiences with international units and capability to simplify complex financial topics and data
  • Familiarity with ICT systems, preferably SAP
  • Great leader with high communication skills and experience in interacting with C-level members and different types of stakeholders
