About the Role

The Care Contract Manager will be responsible for implementing and fulfilling service contracts. He/she must coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver performance within the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Accountable for the successful implementation/delivery of a CARE Contract both technically and financially">
  • Ensures fulfillment of CARE Contract commitments">
  • Responsible for budget allocation for various contractual activities">
  • Defines CARE delivery procedures, communication, and internal/external escalation matrix">
  • Presents regular customer performance reports integrating quantitative KPIs and qualitative information">
  • Manages customer escalations">
  • Defines and implements continuous improvement programs for the customer">

We offer a competitive salary range of 45,000-60,000 EUR per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary of 40,000 EUR, plus additional benefits such as flexitime regulation, training programs, and health management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a higher technical or combination of technical and commercial education. Excellent communication skills in English are required, as well as good presentation skills and self-organization abilities.
