La nostra azienda storica, specializzata in prodotti per l'edilizia leggera e professionale, l'industria e il motorsport, è alla ricerca di un professionista di alto livello per ricoprire il ruolo di Customer Service Manager. La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile del coordinamento di un team di esperti, con attività di affiancamento, supporto e backup.

Compiti e Responsabilità

  • Formazione e sviluppo del team: il responsabile dovrà organizzare e condurre corsi di formazione per i nuovi assunti in ambito customer care.
  • Motivazione del team: dovrà agire per mantenere alta la motivazione del proprio team, garantendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e stimolante.
  • Stesura e verifica delle procedure: dovrà redigere e verificare le procedure inerenti l'attività del gruppo di lavoro, assicurandosi che esse vengano rispettate da tutti i membri del team.
  • Gestione degli accordi commerciali: dovrà registrare gli accordi commerciali e alimentare il relativo archivio.
  • Partecipazione a riunioni e incontri: dovrà partecipare a riunioni e incontri in cui è coinvolta l'attività del customer care, riportando ai collaboratori l'esito di tali meeting e definendo le relative azioni.

Altre responsabilità

  • Gestione dei resi e reclami: dovrà gestire i resi e reclami dei clienti.
  • Gestione del flusso dell'ordine: dovrà gestire il flusso dell'ordine, garantendo la corretta gestione delle richieste dei clienti.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Conoscenza del programma gestionale SAP SD: dovrà avere una buona conoscenza del programma gestionale SAP SD.
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto office: dovrà avere una buona conoscenza del pacchetto office, in particolare Excel.
  • Conoscenza del processo di flusso dell'ordine: dovrà avere una buona conoscenza del processo di flusso dell'ordine.
  • Conoscenza della BI aziendale: dovrà avere una buona conoscenza della BI aziendale.
  • Conoscenza dei processi aziendali: dovrà avere una buona conoscenza dei processi aziendali, al fine di strutturare procedure di lavoro e monitorare che le stesse vengano rispettate e applicate.
