You'll be responsible for providing customer support, training, and post-sales activities to our customers. This will involve working closely with the local/regional team to protect, maintain, and increase the company's business, focusing on the installed base.

You'll also identify new needs initially not detected by the customer and provide the right solutions. This will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

As a Field Application Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to lead new installation implementations, acquiring company processes and scheduling all necessary activities involving internal, customer, and other teams from pre-installation to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support, trainings, post-sales activities, customer maintenance procedures, and on-site assistance to our customers.
  • Work closely with the local/regional team to protect, maintain, and increase the company's business, focusing on the installed base.
  • Identify new needs initially not detected by the customer and provide the right solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, Biotechnology, with proficient English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well. Open to travel, with possibility of overnights (driving license is mandatory).
