About the Role:
Adecco Italia Spa, a leading multinational company specializing in semiconductors, is seeking a highly skilled Receptionist Senior to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage the front office, including reception, meeting rooms, and office supplies
- Support the management team with back office activities, such as travel arrangements, scheduling, and document management
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings and catering
- Ensure efficient and organized office operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English language skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Strong discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
