We are seeking a Procurement Process Improvement Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing current purchasing processes for customers, evaluating opportunities for Amazon Business solutions to improve end-user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions.
- Define requirements and scope project for utilizing AB solutions.
- Oversee programme execution including resource requests, project scheduling, and timely delivery.
- Provide timely, clear, and concise communications to customer and Amazon Business Leadership where required.
- Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and manage timely escalations when necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to lead customer-facing engagements in German.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
