As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading UX research activities, setting up and running heuristic analysis to assess existing experiences, and translating business requirements into UX specifications.

You will also participate and lead the UX conversation with business stakeholders, lead the creation of omnichannel information architectures, task analysis, and user journeys, and collaborate with the technology team to oversee the UX delivery to the last mile.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong background in human-centered design methods
  • Expertise in ethnographic/design research and usability testing
  • Strong understanding of UI and technology challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to collect requirements and translate them into features and flows
  • Presentation skills and capability to present a UX concept or a design rationale
  • Experience in complex interaction design programs
  • Understanding of Service Design and Design Research
