We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our multinational company, JR Italy.
Key Responsibilities- Business Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business performance across various departments.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with company strategies.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis tools to support informed decision-making.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and present management reports to senior leadership, highlighting key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize business efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting & Corporate Finance, at least 4-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance in a manufacturing environment, and excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
