About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Expert to join our team at Costa Crociere.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Tour Expert, you will be responsible for proposing enticing tour packages during the cruise and assisting guests on local excursions, while adhering to the company's safety standards.
Key responsibilities include establishing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with guests, identifying and suggesting new opportunities to maximize revenues, and overseeing the organization of excursions and transfers.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Secondary school diploma in Tourism or Languages, a proven track in Sales, and fluency in multiple languages, including English and Italian. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in MS Office and have problem-solving and team-work oriented skills.
