We are looking for an Operations and Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Joivy. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial visits, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as performing simple maintenance tasks. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks in apartments, logging all completed activities and results in our CRM system.
  • Conduct pre-check-in inspections in apartments, recording outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Oversee and manage check-in and check-out processes for residents.
  • Use a 125cc scooter to travel between various sites to support operations efficiently.
  • Conduct commercial visits as required by the Operations team.
  • Provide back-office support by addressing and managing requests from tenants, property managers, landlords, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Valid Class B driver's license and ability to operate a scooter.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on skills in performing minor maintenance tasks (plumbing, construction, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
