We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at InterSystems Italia. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our system architecture plan, which involves delivering and deploying InterSystems software in line with project requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and managing our system architecture plan, ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols and Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborating with other teams or partners to administer and maintain hosted solutions and related infrastructure.
  • Providing technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis, custom development, and utility support, including scripting and automation.
  • Assisting Presales with technical requests such as architecture, configuration, and hardware sizing.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • In-depth experience in configuring, implementing, and administering Linux or UNIX systems (SUSE/RedHat preferred).
  • Strong programming and coding skills, with the ability to work directly with source code and develop system-level performance improvements.
  • Familiarity with best practices and techniques for maintaining information security.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, and experience managing mission-critical infrastructures and applications.
