Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design System Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Design System project team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and evolution of our patterns and ensuring that quality and creative standards are met in terms of execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design patterns related to the TeamSystem Design System, write and extend its guidelines;
- Collaborate with the development team to develop the design system libraries;
- Interact with stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and present product evolution proposals;
- Translate requirements into design choices (information architecture, navigation, user flow, wireflow, wireframe, mockups, and final prototypes);
- Contribute to the expansion and maintenance of best practices and design methodologies used by the Design team;
- Create alignment initiatives between departments to contribute to a unified communication and experience;
- Request and evaluate the complete user flow and overall experience where evaluation is required;
- Submit feedback (Figma, Miro, Confluence, Email) & report to the Division/Product you're responsible for and to the PO and Vapor Design Team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design of digital products (websites, web or native applications) in structured companies/agencies;
- Data-driven approach, good knowledge of front-end logics (both web and mobile) and the ability to manage Interaction and User Interface Design phases;
- Knowledge of Figma and its best practices (design library organisation, token & collaborative approach);
- Degree in Interaction Design or related degrees;
- Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize activities/tasks and to manage initiative involving many colleagues process-wise;
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, ability to mentor and evaluate work, propose and make corrections with a view to continuous improvement;
- Good relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal colleagues and external partners;
Nice to have:
- Experience actually creating UI components;
- Knowledge of Enterprise UX context.
