About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HRBP Retail Specialist to join our team at Sephora. As an HRBP Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the People Excellence strategy in our retail organization, facilitating change and driving greater organizational performance and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps, and create a plan to address them using talent management tools and resources.
  • Translate business unit strategy into short and mid-term HR initiatives in support of the business strategy.
  • Support Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area, coherent with the company vision.
  • Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and set the proper strategy.
  • Monitor the "climate" on the network, identifying any potential environment issues and guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas.
  • Lead communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department.
  • Supervise the respect of existing policies and coordinate with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required.
  • Support the implementation of business unit specific development strategies, driving or coordinating the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength.
  • Embodies the Sephora values and act as Sephora Ambassador.
  • Promotes, implements, communicates activities, policies, regulations, and standards related to occupational, health, and safety issues.
  • Acts as change agent.
  • Identifies training and development needs in accordance with the Area Manager.
  • Delivers and deploys the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Three or four years of experience in HR or similar role.
  • Experience in leading and managing different people in different areas.
  • Experience in Assessment center and other recruiting tools.
  • English (mandatory).
