About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team at Ariston Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our global marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement yearly brand plans that align with our strategic framework
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product communication launch packages on time and with the best outcomes
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to establish valuable partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage the development of brand contents suitable for different geographies and needs
  • Oversee the roll out and enhancement of our B2B digital platform
  • Manage videos creation (shooting and video editing)
  • Coordinate brand partnerships cross-country, social/digital activities, ad hoc activations, and KPIs
  • Manage ad hoc global marketing projects
  • Develop and maintain a strong marketing community to build solid collaboration, sharing, and inspire the implementation of key central activities
  • Manage budgets and support specific corporate activities in collaboration with other Company functions
Requirements & Skills
  • Master's degree in Marketing
  • Previous experience in Marketing (5 years), preferably in global multinational companies
  • Eager to learn, working in a team, and growing with resilience
  • Keen to work with different cultures and geographies
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a basic requirement, French and/or Spanish is a plus
