Job Opportunity: Research Associate - Structural Characterization

Randstad Italia spa, divisione Pharma di Roma Tiburtina, is seeking a Research Associate - Structural Characterization for a leading pharmaceutical company.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced researcher to conduct analytical experiments for structural characterization, supporting the development, clinical trials, and production of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analytical experiments for structural characterization of biological molecules, including DS, DP, and IPCs.
  • Interpret and analyze mass spectrometry data.
  • Prepare scientific reports.
  • Collaborate with the research team and clients.
Requirements

We require:

  • A Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of protein chemistry, glycoproteins, fusion proteins, and analytical methods for structural characterization, including RP, IEX, HIC, HILIC, SEC, and mass spectrometry.

This is a full-time position, 38 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. The contract is a fixed-term employment contract.
