Key Responsibilities

What will you be responsible for?

  • Managing the check-in process for guests while confirming their reservations;
  • Assigning rooms and keys to guests;
  • Processing various payment methods;
  • Addressing internal issues by coordinating with colleagues within the establishment;
  • Performing receptionist duties at the front desk;
  • Providing information regarding rooms and services offered by the establishment.
Required Skills
