Job Summary:

Adecco Italia spa is seeking a Channel Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business development and excellent relationships with partners who provide Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  2. Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory
  3. Responsible for a named accounts list to achieve company objectives
  4. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives
  5. Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
  6. Proactively lead a joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives
  7. Drive sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory
  8. Proactively recruit new qualifying partners

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in partners sales and/or territory management in Unified Communication sectors
  2. A recognized and consistent contact list of strategic partners in the Unified Communication market
  3. Experience building business and marketing plans with partners; with the Distribution channel model; in sales forecasting, opportunity identification, and drive to close
