Role Overview

As a Digital Communications Specialist at Bending Spoons, you will be responsible for crafting engaging social media content, managing collaborations with creators, press, and PR firms, and driving the communications side of company-wide events and initiatives. This role requires a talented, driven, and collaborative individual who can think from first principles, structure ideas sharply, and resist biases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft engaging social media content and own it at every step—from ideation, to stakeholder management, to scheduling, to performance analysis.
  • Scout opportunities for high-impact outreach activities, and manage collaborations with creators, press, and PR firms.
  • Wordsmith a variety of communications—including legal documents, press releases, commercial campaigns, and UX/UI messaging.
  • Drive the communications side of company-wide events and important initiatives.
  • Support our team members in an array of written formats, coaching them to continuously adopt best practices.
