We are looking for an accomplished professional to join our team as a Business Growth Strategist. This exciting opportunity will involve driving business growth within the industry vertical.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive front-line sales growth with new and strategically important customers and prospects.
- Represent Danfoss Drives within the industry vertical, staying informed about short-term or long-term trends and leading product & solution offering and strategy.
- Coach, guide, and support the sales teams to find new growth opportunities.
- Enhance Danfoss visibility by educating/training the markets and connecting with industry trade associations, exhibitions, publishing white papers, material, and marketing activities.
- A Master's Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent field – knowledge of drives, electric motors, and automation is beneficial.
- +5 years of experience gained in middle-structured multinational companies, preferably in a similar role within the reference market.
- Negotiation and organizational skills with strong goal orientation.
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in presenting to large audiences.
- A customer and growth-oriented mindset, along with strong analytical abilities.
- Interpersonal skills with a result-oriented mindset focused on teamwork.
- A global mindset and excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
