Job Summary

As the Director of Finance and Accounting at Marriott International, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of the property. You will champion, develop, and implement property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand's target customer and property employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the property's business objectives.
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Manage and oversee the accounting and finance teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial expertise to support business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Must have a degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English.
  • Must have hotel experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
