**Job Overview**
Glenair Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Product Manager. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and gross margin growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and agree with the Product Manager pricing strategies to maximize Glenair worldwide profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
- Interface effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Business Development, Marketing Assistants, Country Assistants, Sales Assistants, Sales Reps, Distributors, and Direct Customers.
- Develop and implement strategic product plans for key product lines and identify opportunities for new product lines.
Requirements:
- An extremely talented and flexible individual with strong presentation skills, adept business knowledge, organizational abilities, and who is capable of bridging customer business requirements with technical features and broader market trends, indices, and capabilities.
- Degree in electrical and electronic or mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of electronic design followed by technical/application support.
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English (Level C1).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
