We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Lidl 2 Your Career program, a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in retail management.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the day-to-day operations of our stores. You will work closely with our experienced store managers to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
