About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with customer and internal specifications.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality standards and best practices.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Participate in customer inspections and audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English is required.
