Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Michael Page International Italia S.r.l.

• Create and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and timelines.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication among team members.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project's overall success.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including the project steering committee and board management.

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment, preferably in a matrix organization.
• Proven experience in leading team members and working in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals and methodologies such as Agile or modern Stage Gate.
• Good social and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English language.
