Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our total reward package includes a comprehensive compensation plan, variable pay, recognition programs, and benefits that support your career development and well-being.

Job Description

We seek an experienced Clinical Research Associate - Trial Management Specialist to contribute to the identification of new sites for clinical trials, analyse capability, and recommend trial inclusion. As an ambassador for our client, you will facilitate communication between sites and the Client CPO to increase the value proposition to investigators. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the preparation and collection of site and country level documents during all phases of the trial.
  • Negotiating investigator remuneration and preparing financial contracts between Novartis and investigational sites and investigators.
  • Ensuring adherence to payment schedules.
  • Executing site initiation and training, generating initiation visit reports, and implementing complete site management.
  • Collaborating with the CSM to ensure recruitment and execute contingency plans, as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree (BA/BS/BSc) in life sciences or a qualified nurse background.
  • Minimum 2 years of independent CRA monitoring experience.
  • Experience of clinical trial set up and contract negotiation is preferred but not essential.
  • EDC working experience.
