Job Summary


We are looking for a talented individual to join our resident engineering team in Bologna, Italy, as a Homologation Engineer for a world-leading vehicle manufacturer.


Main responsibilities include:



  • Collecting information on upcoming homologation regulations related to vehicle and component Safety Standards and updating relevant documents.
  • Collecting information on homologation regulations for Self-certification (USA, Canada, Korea, etc.) and handling internal tools for self-certification tracking.
  • Preparing official worldwide homologation booklets needed for approval, to be sent to Technical Services/Authorities worldwide.

Requirements



  • Previous automotive engineering or homologation experience is desirable.
  • A degree in Automotive/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Italian mother tongue is required.
  • Good knowledge of the English language is required.
  • Knowledgeable in regulation, technical, and safety requirements is required.
  • Interest in the field of full vehicle compliance is required.
