La nostra azienda, Manpowergroup, è alla ricerca di un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Auditor Interno all'interno del nostro team di Talent Solutions.

Compiti e Responsabilità
  • Gestione delle segnalazioni pervenute agli organi di gestione delle singole società del Gruppo, garantendo il corretto presidio e la riservatezza.
  • Esecuzione delle attività di istruttoria sulle segnalazioni ricevute, garantendo la tutela del segnalante e del segnalato dalla ricezione della segnalazione alla chiusura dell'istruttoria e successiva archiviazione.
  • Supporto al Responsabile negli adempimenti normativi per la gestione delle segnalazioni da Whistleblowing e nella predisposizione della reportistica verso ciascuna società del Gruppo.
  • Gestione dei flussi informativi verso l'Organismo di Vigilanza della Società e, ove richiesto, verso gli Organismi di Vigilanza delle altre società controllate.
  • Svolgimento delle attività di audit (a piano o extra-piano), delle attività di verifica a valle di segnalazioni e predisposizione dei relativi report.
Requisiti
  • Laurea Magistrale in discipline Economico/Giuridiche o Ingegneria Gestionale.
  • Certificazioni in ambito (es: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) costituiscono un plus.
  • Esperienza maturata di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access).
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie di Auditing e analisi di processo.
  • Esperienza nella mappatura/estrazione di dati all'interno di database aziendali.
  • Capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Capacità di gestire attività di reporting.
