About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our Energy Trading team in Milan, Italy.

The successful candidate will work on an international project called SUPERNOVA, collaborating with external partners and senior colleagues to improve the economic return of energy produced by photovoltaic power plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Italian short-term energy trading office on day-to-day analysis
  • Analyze the fundamentals of the energy market together with upcoming new regulations (TIDE)

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering or other quantitative subjects
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of quantitative analysis and coding capabilities
  • Ability to translate analysis into practical and implementable recommendations
  • Highly analytical thinker with a structured logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
