Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at the iconic Hotel Splendido in Portofino. As a member of our luxury spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

• Accommodate guests upon arrival and introduce them to our range of products and services
• Manage facial and body treatments, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Perform treatments tailored to individual guests' needs, using our premium products
• Encourage guests to purchase our skincare products, highlighting their benefits and features
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Provide expert advice on skincare and wellness to guests with specific concerns or needs

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5-star luxury hotel
• Qualification as an esthetician or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and possibly French
• Strong team player with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Knowledge of LQA standards (a plus)
