Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Lean Transformation Leader to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading a lean transformation roadmap, navigating complex contexts, and inspiring operational leaders to adopt lean principles.

Your mission will be to identify areas for improvement, architect lean systems, and translate theoretical knowledge into practical solutions that drive business results. With a strong background in manufacturing and lean experience, you will lead a team of experts in designing and executing new standards, projects, and training programs.

You will also have the opportunity to develop and execute plans to achieve KPI targets, support cross-fertilization of practices and competence within sites, and make decisions on complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Engineering with previous experience in manufacturing roles
  • Significant lean experience, including knowledge of lean techniques and the ability to architect lean systems based on theoretical basis
  • Analyze and resolve problems, with an attitude to coach others in defining problems appropriately and methodologically solving them
  • Coching and mentoring skills, with proven experience in driving turnaround in complex contexts
  • Strong leadership and credibility to captivate operational leaders in the willingness toward lean
  • Fluency in Italian and English
