ERP Rollout Coordinator

As a key member of the Project Management Office, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of ERP Dynamics 365 rollouts for specific business entities within Ammeraal Beltech. Your primary focus will be on coordinating with stakeholders, managing project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure all project activities and deliverables are completed on-time and to the required quality standards.
• Organize and document project events, meetings, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Support the Global PMO lead in project management activities.
• Escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Execute daily tasks to ensure stakeholders have the necessary resources to progress project activities.
• Attend project meetings and report progress to the PMO lead.
• Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with service providers.
• Communicate planned activities to all stakeholders.

Key Interfaces and Stakeholders:

• Act as the primary point of contact for teams working on multiple projects to ensure synergy.
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with their goals.
• Motivate team members to complete tasks on-time.

Requirements:

• Education in computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector, preferably in ERP deployment.
• Excellent internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking orientation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum.
• Problem-solving skills and time management skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Friendly and approachable attitude.
• Dedication, teamwork, and communication skills, with a proper level of flexibility and problem-solving.
• Competent handling of MS Office applications.
