About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at Galileo Global Education. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing sales metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards on key business drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Analysis

Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Data Analysis and Insights

Identify trends and behavioral patterns in customer data, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

  • Reporting and Dashboard Development

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, including sales, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.

  • Collaboration and Communication

Closely collaborate with the Digital & Sales Director department to support the budgeting process and provide regular updates on sales performance.

  • Technical Skills

Expert knowledge of data modeling techniques, data mining, and reporting processes, including front-end tools such as Power B.I. and CRM tools (such as Salesforce).

  • Language and Education

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint. Italian C2 and English B2/C1 (written and spoken) language proficiency. Successful studies in Economics, Business Management, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present results and analysis
  • High level of autonomy and ability to work under pressure
