About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Professional to join our team at BRACCHI Transport & Logistics. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving demand and visibility for our products across various retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and implement trade-led activities, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand strategies.
  • Monitor promotional activities per customer in the GDO channel, optimizing the pack price strategy for maximum impact.
  • Utilize IRI & Nielsen data (including StoreAudit, Foldernet) to track trends, performance, and competitive landscape.
  • Work with creative agencies to develop and execute in-store marketing materials (displays, profile strips, floor stands, pallets).
  • Provide commercial support for promo evaluation, assortment recommendations, listing plans, and sales strategies.
  • Manage the Promo Tool, tracking past, ongoing, and future promotions to enhance planning and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of Customer Plans, translating marketing strategies into tangible customer activations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply, Finance) to optimize the product portfolio and manage new product development initiatives.
  • Participate in monthly demand reviews and business product reviews, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

About You:

We are looking for someone with experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales Support, or related fields within FMCG/Retail. You should have data analysis skills, proficiency in market intelligence tools (IRI, Nielsen), and a strong ability to interpret sales and promotional data. Additionally, you should have retail and shopper knowledge, project management skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
