Process Engineer – Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Limena (PD), working closely with our Operations Manager. The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Participating in the industrialization of new products to equip production processes with the necessary tools for achieving expected quality, efficiency, and costs.
• Analyzing and proposing improvements to existing processes within our Lean Production and Industry 4.0 programs.
• Supporting the production center manager and OOE coordinator in developing and monitoring continuous improvement projects with a focus on production processes.
• Participating in quality circles and contributing to finding definitive solutions for non-quality issues using problem-solving tools.
• Supporting Service Engineers and center managers in maintenance management and the introduction of TPM.

The required qualifications include:

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• A continuous improvement approach.
