As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing various activities in the areas of production and human resources management.

", "ul": [{"li": "Manage the execution of production, coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence and optimization of production factors on the shift (materials, methods, labor, and machinery)"}, {"li": "Prepare and start-up of the lines in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown, or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team"}, {"li": "Manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce"}, {"li": "Assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up his merit plan"}, {"li": "Ensure that safety standards (both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines"}, {"li": "Support and develop Continuous Improvement initiatives"}], "h3": "Requirements

", "p": "To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university Master's Degree background in Engineering or equivalent and some initial experience of one or two years in other Manufacturing companies. You will also need to have good understanding of production processes and interpersonal and management skills. Your desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector. As a good communicator, your fluency in both Italian and English will be key to perform in our environment.
