Compiti principali:
  • Nuovi Prodotti / Revisione Prodotti
    • Sviluppare nuovi prodotti o revisionare quelli esistenti in base alle esigenze della Compagnia
    • Predisporre Business Plan per nuovi prodotti
    • Coordinare il lancio di nuovi prodotti
    • Predisporre documentazione per l'approvazione dei prodotti (scheda prodotto, Value for Money, ecc)
  • Piano Prodotti
    • Coordinare e predisporre il piano prodotti della Compagnia
  • Product Governance
    • Processo di progettazione di nuovi prodotti e revisione dei prodotti esistenti
    • Analisi di mercato dei prodotti e dei bisogni della clientela
    • Disegno del nuovo prodotto e/o revisione di prodotto esistente
    • Individuazione del Target Market di riferimento e del Canale di distribuzione
    • Supporto alla predisposizione della documentazione di offerta per il distributore
    • Monitoraggio dei prodotti

Il candidato ideale possiede:

  • Laurea in Scienze Statistiche, Finanziarie e Attuariali, Economia o similari
  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel Product Management o in Bancassurance all'interno del settore dei servizi finanziari
  • Comprensione dei prodotti di bancassurance, delle interazioni con i clienti e dei flussi di lavoro
  • Comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo e nel lancio di prodotti di bancassurance
  • Buon livello di utilizzo di pacchetti office (in particolare Excel e Power Point)
  • Propensione alla gestione/analisi dei dati e alla predisposizione di documenti e presentazioni
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
