Job Purpose:

To be a Company Brand Ambassador and to be responsible for achieving all the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the product category department assigned. To manage and motivate the department team in achieving the sales target, ensuring extraordinary client service experience, being present on the sales floor, and managing the activities of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance:

  1. Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, fostering cross-selling among the product categories.
  2. Analyze the department performance and define the actions required for achieving the business objectives.
  3. Give commercial suggestions to Store Manager.
  4. Drive the team to exceed their KPIs.
  5. Be constantly up-to-date on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
  6. Foster the e-commerce channel development.

Customer Experience:

  1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  2. Strengthen customer loyalty by engaging and supporting the sales team in clienteling activities and gaining new local customers to grow department sales.

Team Management:

  1. Train and inspire the sales staff of the department in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services, and company procedures.
  2. Identify high potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
  3. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing and development of ad hoc morning briefing.

Retail Operations:

  1. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department, working with the relevant functions to support product/collection training needs.
  2. Provide feedback and focused suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
  3. Guarantee the visual presentation of the department.
  4. Ensure effective and efficient back-of-house organization for the department and is responsible for the protection of the company's assets as well as the staff grooming standards to be ensured.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent spoken Italian and English expected. Other languages are desirable.
  2. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
  3. Business driven.
  4. Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers.
  5. Strong customer service approach.
  6. Natural ability to serve our clients.
  7. Confident, enthusiastic, and positive.
  8. Problem-solving.
  9. Organized and detail-oriented.
  10. Market and product knowledge/passion.
  11. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
  12. Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
