Job Description

We're seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our team and help protect primary Global Financial Institutions from advanced attacks and fraud patterns.

As a Solution Architect at Cleafy, you'll be responsible for designing high-level architectures, managing technical and functional aspects of customer integration projects, and identifying customer needs and mapping them to technical requirements.

You'll also investigate and resolve technical problems, create and maintain documentation, and engage with customers to guide them in the full adoption of our product.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex IT architectures, including network balancing, security, and containerized environments.
  • Manage technical and functional aspects of customer integration projects, including assessment, configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live support.
  • Identify customer needs and map them to technical requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems as they arise.
  • Create and maintain documentation regarding installations, procedures, and incidents.
  • Engage with customers and guide them in the full adoption of the product.
  • Work on new and existing product initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • At least 1+ year of experience working in IT consultancy firms or complex environments such as banks, large financial institutions, or other enterprise-level organizations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex IT architectures, including but not limited to network balancing, security, and containerized environments.
  • Good understanding of main network balancing IT architecture components, like WAF, ADC, LB, proxy, and reverse-proxy, FW.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, and other technologies involved in delivering sophisticated web services.
  • Good understanding of end-point security, incident response, and network management concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of Cyber Security principles and best practices.
  • Good written and verbal English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Plus
  • Main Cloud Providers (GCP, Azure, AWS) or CISCO certifications.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German, both written and spoken.
  • Basic understanding of Android and iOS platforms and ecosystems.
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.
