We are partnering with an international trading group seeking a skilled CFO to join their team in Dubai and drive business growth.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the accounts and finance departments, ensuring efficient operations and effective decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and improving financial systems and processes to optimize performance
  • Leading budget planning, forecasting, and implementation meetings, presenting data to inform strategic decisions
  • Managing direct reports across treasury, accounting, and finance teams, evaluating performance and fostering development
  • Implementing risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a similar position
  • Background knowledge of cementitious products or bulk building materials (including cement, clinker, gypsum, limestone, slag)
  • Experience working in a physical trading and/or manufacturing company
  • Expertise in creating and implementing financial reports to meet company goals
