Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team at KNET HUMAN RESOURCES SRL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing automation solutions for our client, a leading company in the metallurgical engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software for controlling plant
  • Takeover of the programming Lev1 software and the associated tests including the functional commissioning at our customer s premises;
  • Participation and leading of meetings with SMS internal team, Customers, Sub-Suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with Bachelor/Master degree in Electronic/Mechanic/Industrial/Automotive Engineering, Computer Science,, Physics, Mathematics, Statistical Sciences;
  • Proof of programming competence in the PLC Automation-Systems (S7-TIA, S7-400); Rockwell, ControlLogix, Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT;
  • Knowledge of platforms for HMI system development; Siemens SIMATIC WinCC;
  • Good knowledge of C/C++/C#;
  • Analytical competence and ability to work in a team;
  • Mastery of English language;
  • Willingness to travel worldwide up to 4 months/year.
